- Benoit & Sergio will headline a Lights Down Low night at Public Works in San Francisco next Friday. The production duo jumped into the international spotlight two years ago after forming in Washington DC and releasing their first record on Bruno Pronsato's thesongsays imprint. Since then, their pop-inspired tech house tunes—often topped with Sergio's flamboyant vocals—have appeared on labels like Visionquest, DFA and Spectral Sound, and even though they only started gigging last summer, they've already performed across Europe, Australia and the Americas. Their live set at Public Works next weekend marks their San Francisco debut. No Regular Play (also playing live) and fellow Visionquest artists PillowTalk lead the rest of the night's bill.
