  • Canadian DJ and producer Jacques Greene has announced plans for a new record label called Vase. Things have moved pretty fast for Greene over the past year and some change. He debuted on Night Slugs at the end of 2010 on a split 12-inch with Optimum, then went on to pump out four EPs of UK-bass flavored "neon-streaked house" (as Andrew Ryce put it) in 2011, earning him dozens of gigs around Europe and North America, including festivals like Unsound and Mutek. Now he's ready to launch his own label, with the first 12-inch slated for release later this month. Entitled Concealer, the EP features four of Greene's own productions, with guest appearances from Ango and the Glaswegian artist Koreless. Tracklist A1 Flatline feat. Ango A2 These Days B1 Clark B2 Arrow feat. Koreless Jacques Greene's Concealer will be out later this month.
