  • Prime Numbers label boss David Wolstencroft, AKA Trus'me, is booked to play at The Spice Cellar next month. Since releasing his second album In The Red back in 2009, Trus'me has been a bit quiet on the production front, though he's maintained a steady stream of DJ gigs around the world. The Mancunian producer is a frequent visitor to Australia, having previously made three trips to Sydney in as many years. Though typically known for his soulful house and disco productions, on this particular night he'll shift the focus onto techno to perform under the name David James. This follows the genesis of his "1 Red Light" party concept, which gathers a range of artists together to play techno records in a small and sparsely lit environment. The show will be co-hosted on February 18th by local promoters House Inspection and Reckless Republic. DJ support will come from Sydney regulars Nic Scali, Marc Jarvin, Bella Sarris and Robbie Lowe. Doors open at 10:00 PM and the party continues until 10:00 AM the next day.
