Discovery hosts Chez Damier

- The Chicago house artist pays a visit to New York next weekend.
- Chez Damier will headline Famous Friends' Discovery party in New York next Saturday. The Chicago native has been pursuing the deeper side of house music as a DJ and producer since the late '80s, but stateside gigs have been relatively slim as he's taken on a busy schedule overseas. His appearance at Santos Party House will be one of his first US shows since last summer, following more than 20 gigs in Europe and beyond over the past few months. Damier will share the bill with Kai Alce. The two have collaborated in the past, and Alce's career also stretches back more than two decades. These days he operates the NDATL Muzik imprint, whose name sums up the roots he's laid down in NYC, Detroit and his current home of Atlanta.
