DJ Madd will releases his first album, The Real & The Shadow, in April on Black Box.
The Hungarian producer has become a prominent figure in the dubstep scene over the past few years, with past releases on labels like Boka, Wheel & Deel, Tube 10 and Black Box, some of which are staples in sets by the likes of Youngsta and Kryptic Minds. The music on his debut album hews close to his established sound, occasionally breaking away from dark dubstep for explorations into garage, jungle, and other between-genre experiments. The Real & The Shadow features vocal spots from Lady Maroo, LX One, and Rebel MC.
