  • Craig Morrison and Graeme Reedie, AKA Silicone Soul, will play shows in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney over the next two weekends. Morrison and Reedie have been making music together since the late '90s, in which time they've amassed a total of four albums and more than two dozen 12-inches, with the vast majority being on long-running UK label Soma Records. Virtually their only departure from Soma has been with their own Darkroom Dubs imprint, which has showcased music from artists like Extrawelt, Martinez and Sei A, while also serving as an occasional outlet for the duo themselves. Last year saw their 2001 hit single "Right On!" get dusted off and remixed by Nick Curly, Ramon Tapia and M.A.N.D.Y in celebration of Soma's 20th anniversary. Silicone Soul's tour will begin in Melbourne on the 2nd of March, where they will share a bill with German house icon Steve Bug at Brown Alley, along with local supports Tornado Wallace, Mike Callander and Mic Newman. The duo will visit Canberra on the 9th for a show at The Clubhouse, before hitting Sydney the following night for a 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM party at The Spice Cellar, also featuring Murat Kilic, YokoO and Robbie Lowe.
