Jamie Jones headlines Eastern Electrics Festival

- The London promoter's first festival also features Maceo Plex, Tensnake, Nina Kraviz, Joy Orbison and Julio Bashmore.
- Eastern Electrics will host their first festival this August at an undisclosed spot in London. The event is a team effort with two other London promoters—krankbrother and Black Atlantic—with each promoter curating its own stage. On the main stage, Eastern Electrics have booked Hot Creations head Jamie Jones and Crosstown Rebels artist Maceo Plex (AKA Maetrik). krankbrother have lined up Nina Kraviz and Tensnake. Black Atlantic bring a hint of bass to the programme with Joy Orbison and Julio Bashmore. There will be six stages in total, details for three of which are still under wraps. All we can say about the venue at this point is that it's outdoors and has capacity for 17,000 people. 50 more artists will be announced over the next few months.
