Soul Clap, Hudson Mohawke, Claude VonStroke, Eats Everything and many more are booked at Red Light and Rex Club this weekend.
To mark their third anniversary, Sound Pellegrino have put together a three-night festival this weekend in Paris.
Run by two artists known as Teki Latex and Orgasmic, Sound Pellegrino is a promoter, label and DJ team that's been active in Paris since 2009. This weekend's festival will be their biggest production to date, and will take place primarily at two central Parisian venues: Social Club and Red Light, formerly known as L'Enfer. The first event on Friday is also the local stop on Dirtybird's Hatched tour, and will feature Claude VonStroke, Justin Martin, Eats Everything and Maelstrom. The rest of the weekend will be much more eclectic. Soul Clap, Hudson Mohawke, Todd Edwards and Sound Pellegrino Thermal Team will play at Red Light on Saturday, along with label alumni Tom Trago, L-Vis 1990 and Bok Bok. Saturday's lineup features Renaissance Man, Round Table Knights, A-Trak, Crookers and Miss Kittin. All of this will be preceded on Thursday night by a launch party at Cafe A for L'Annuel, Sound Pellegrino's magazine and "pluridisciplinary companion" to the festival.
