- The London dubstep producer will release his debut album in June on Black Box.
Seven will release his first full-length Evolution in June.
London's Eddy Berry first emerged in 2009 on Australian dubstep label Aquatic Lab, and since those two early singles he's had a prolific few years, numbering over a dozen releases on N-Type's Wheel & Deal, Amsterdam dubstep cohort Subway and Bristol's Black Box. The latter label will release his debut album, a 13-track collection of previously unreleased tracks including a VIP rework of "Wait," his first release on Black Box. The album sees Berry sticking to the dubstep tempo of 140 beats per minute but exploring different sounds within those confines, ranging from heavily percussive tracks to more aggressive, LFO-laden material. Evolution also features two vocal turns from Alys Be, who has previously guested on tracks by labelmates Kryptic Minds and dubstep producer Distance.
