The LA DJ will play a six hour set in New Orleans in late July.
Mr C will headline Kompression in New Orleans on July 28th.
The UK-born, Los Angeles-based DJ is known for founding the Superfreq party in 2002, a now-international brand that's seen events everywhere from Ibiza to London to Chicago (and of course his current home of LA). He's a veteran, DJing since 1987, traversing all manner of genres and styles along the way, including starting up the imprints Plink Plonk and End Recordings. These days he's associated with a melodic house sound with dips into techier and more minimal waters.
Kompression is a monthly house and techno night in New Orleans that happens at 1135 Decatur on the last Saturday of every month, usually running late into the morning around 7:00 AM. This party will see Mr C play a six-hour-plus set, supported by locals Herb Christopher, Unicorn Fukr and Ryan Deffes, among others.
