Manchester's Warehouse Project have announced plans for the first events of their 2012 season.

The latest incarnation of Manchester's Warehouse Project opened its doors back in April with a pair of parties over the Easter weekend. Sticking to their traditional seasonal structure, WP then shut for the summer months with a view to reopen in late September and stage parties through until the New Year.

The first of these will take place on Friday 28th September. London radio giants Rinse FM will journey north, bringing with them a hefty selection of DJs from the station and a few others thrown in for good measure. Diplo will bring a US electro house flavour to the Trafford Park venue, while crossover UK acts like Katy B and Skream also nestle in near the summit of the bill. Kode9, Oneman, Pearson Sound, Jackmaster, Ben UFO, Roska, Loefah, Royal-T, Plastician and a whole host of others also appear, no doubt running the entire gamut of UK club music.

House and techno should be the order of the eve on Saturday 29th September. Nicolas Jaar will perform live in the headlining slot, and joining him at the top of the bill will be Seth Troxler, Maceo Plex and Maya Jane Coles and Heidi playing back-to-back. Elsewhere there'll be plenty to get stuck into over the party's 18:00 - 04:00 duration: Four Tet, Ben Klock, Julio Bashmore, Scuba, Joy Orbison and Jackmaster (back-to-back), Jacques Greene, Andrew Weatherall, Soul Clap, Justin Robertson, Bicep and Krysko and Greg Lord will all be stepping up.

Tickets for the Warehouse Project's upcoming events are available to purchase from RA Tickets.

Fri, 05 Oct 2012I just saw people having a good time in a brilliant venue. Didn't really notice anyone chatting about or checking their clothes.

Tue, 02 Oct 2012Venue was class, what didn't u like about it? The sound was decent and the venue itself was the sweaty dirty warehouse it should be. Agree about the queues, that central corridor was a nightmare, and the crowd were well trendy but thats always gonna be the case with troxler, plex etc on the lineup.

Mon, 01 Oct 2012Sorry to be a party pooper but I thought Saturday was a massive disappointment - poor venue, rude staff, massive queues to get anywhere and too many bare chested knuckle dragers
