- Cisco Ferreira will release his first LP since 1995 this September on Cari Lekebusch's label, H-Productions.
The Advent is ready to release a new album called Sonic Intervention, due out in September on H-Productions.
Having begun nearly 20 years ago as a collaboration by Cisco Ferreira and Colin McBean (AKA Mr. G), The Advent is one of the UK's longest-running techno outfits. McBean left the group in '99, but Ferreira has kept the project active ever since, with dozens of albums and EPs on Tresor, International Deejay Gigolo Records and more recently Cari Lekebusch's label, H-Productions. Sonic Intervention will be The Advent's first full-length in seven years, after 2005's T.R.I.N.I.T.Y.. It features guest appearances from Portugal's Industrialyzer and past collaborator Jason Fernandes. All of the songs included are previously unreleased.
