Art Department and Damian Lazarus are also confirmed for the end-of-summer party in Kent.
Venue and lineup details have been revealed for Circo Loco's Summer Closing Party, now taking place at Hop Farm in Kent.
Originally announced back in May, the event had already confirmed Circo Loco regulars Tania Vulcano, Davide Squillace and Crosstown Rebels boss Damian Lazarus, plus Clive Henry and Chicago house staple Derrick Carter. Now another batch of big names have been announced, including Jamie Jones, Art Department and The Martinez Brothers. Circo Loco residents Andrew Grant and Sossa have been added as well.
The event was originally meant to happen at a custom-built beach venue along the Thames, though that plan fell through due to circumstances beyond the promoters' control. "Unfortunately the people who we were hiring the beach from never built the venue (it was supposed to be done for the Olympics)," explains Rob Star of Mulletover and Circo Loco. "After an exhaustive search of several venues in and around London, we found the site at Hop Farm which we think is a great alternative. We're moving a beach to the rolling green fields of Hop Farm. The site will play host to three Circo Loco stages, all echoing hot DC-10 vibes. Think beach, palm trees, golden sands, cocktails, the whole shebang."
There will be four stages in total: a main outdoor stage, a second indoor stage, a beach bar stage (with lineup still TBA) and a fourth stage in the VIP area. Capacity has increased slightly thanks to the new venue, and and the party will now start at 12:00 PM, adding another two hours to the party's duration.
Tickets to Circo Loco Summer Closing Party are available here on RA.
UPDATE: We have been notified by the promoter that Seth Troxler and Kerri Chandler were confirmed erroneously. Neither artist is playing this event.
