Kiki, Red Robin and many more will play the daytime BBQ and panel discussion on Sunday.
Prince Charles will hold an anti-GEMA event this weekend, fittingly titled Lets Rave GEMA Reform Style.
The party will feature a BBQ with DJ sets from Kiki and various local jocks, like Red Robin, Nico Stojan of Bar25 and Meggy of Stil Vor Talent. But it will have an overtly political side as well: from 5:00 PM there will be panel discussions with a variety of industry figures, including Tim Renner of Motor Entertainment, Jan Kühn of Berlin Mitte Institute and Jacob Bilabel from Green Music Initiative. The organizers have also devised a way to offer what they call a "dark insight" into how clubs will be if the new tariff reforms are enacted, with a "fictious currency" called the GEMARK "reflecting the proposed prices under the reform." All of the proceeds will go toward organizations fighting GEMA's new tariffs. The event starts at 2:00 PM.
