  • The Mole will DJ in Melbourne and Sydney this September. Originally from Canada, Colin de la Plante made the move to Berlin back in 2007. For more than ten years now he's released records on a wide variety of labels, from the smooth disco sounds of Prins Thomas' Internasjonal and his own 7 Inches Of Love imprint, right through to the more serious house and techno of Ostgut Ton and New Kanada. Last month he launched a new label, Maybe Tomorrow, with Jon Berry of Kompakt which will serve as a home for much of his upcoming material. His first 12-inch, If I Had A Nickel, spans grooving deep house and some more ambient, leftfield cuts. De la Plante will play two gigs for his first appearance in Australia, starting with a show at Lounge in Melbourne on September 27th alongside locals Louk Syrylo and Dave Pham. The next evening he plays the launch of Endless, a new night which will be hosted at White Revolver in Bondi. Garry Todd, Marc Jarvin and Ben Ashton are amongst those supporting.
