Kristian Beyer will represent the German duo over four shows in three days next month.
Kristian Beyer, one half of Âme, will make his way to Australia this October.
Âme have been working together now for more than ten years, in which time they they've put out a number of underground club favorites, most notably 2005's "Rej" which clocked in at RA's #3 track of the '00s. Their Innervisions imprint, co-run with Berlin-based artist Dixon, has been highly influential in deep house over the years, with a discography that includes works from Henrik Schwarz, Laurent Garnier and Marcus Worgull. Beyer and Wiedemann released the full length Âme Live back in May, which documents the first year of their live act.
Beyer, who most often represents the duo behind the decks, will begin his tour at Sugar in Adelaide on October 11th, before heading to Brisbane the next evening to play Sky Room. From there, he zips down to Melbourne to play a day party at Brown Alley on October 13th with locals Mike Callander, Darius Bassiray and Sleep D, before flying back up to Sydney to play The Spice Cellar that night. Tickets to the Sydney show can be purchased here on RA.
