  • American producer Andrew Field-Pickering, better known as Maxmillion Dunbar, will release a new album in February called House of Woo. Field-Pickering is a co-founder of the Washington, DC label Future Times, and half of the duo Beautiful Swimmers. As Maxmillion Dunbar he makes off-kilter house tracks that have appeared on labels like Ramp Recordings and L.I.E.S. According to a press release, his second solo LP is inspired by his relationship with his girlfriend, who collaborated with him on the track "Shampoo" (the B-side to the album's 12-inch extraction, Woo, due out on November 20th). "My girlfriend and I would listen to the tracks in the studio at our old place, laying back in chairs and letting them play over and over for hours," says the artist. House of Woo will see release on New York's Rvng Intl. You can stream the first single right here. Tracklist 01. Slave to the Vibe 02. Woo 03. Coins for the Canopy 04. The Figurine (Nod Mix) 05.
