Terrence Dixon will launch a new label called Reduction in February.
The Detroit producer has seen a slight uptick in prominence lately, following the reappearance of his Population One moniker and the release of his latest album, the long-awaited sequel to Far from the Future. After releasing through labels like Tresor and Thema, Dixon will join the fray with Reduction, according to Juno Plus. Little is known about what shape Reduction will take outside of the first release, A Simpler Form, produced by Dixon himself under the Population One name.
Reduction will release A Simpler Form in February 2013.
