- The Canadian dub techno producer's next album will come through Silent Season in February.
Segue will release his fourth solo album, Pacifica, on February 1st.
Vancouver-born, Edmonton-based Jordan Sauer has been making deep and dubby techno since 2006. Former RA Label of the Month (and his sometimes-home) Silent Season will release his next full-length effort. Sauer's music fuses ambient-leaning techno with field recordings, an aesthetic which Pacifica continues with through both conventional and beatless tracks. As with most of the label's output, the music on the LP was apparently inspired by the lush natural environment of south-western British Columbia. Pacifica was mastered by Stefan Betke, and will be released on CD and digital formats.
