The home of Manchester's Warehouse Project will host Skreamizm and Ostgut Ton in March.
The Warehouse Project's usual venue has announced its Easter weekend parties, taking place from March 28th through the 31st.
The Manchester industrial building will host four parties over the holiday weekend. Although these parties take place at the Victoria Warehouse, they are not part of the official Warehouse Project series and only the two back rooms will be open. The first party on March 28th is a Skreamizm affair featuring bossman Skream and a diverse lineup that includes techno, house and strains of UK dance music, with Rustie, Jackmaster and Midland all confirmed.
Good Friday will host an Ostgut Ton showcase, with many of the label's staple artists set to play. Berghain residents Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann and Answer Code Request will keep the techno flowing, while Panorama Bar regulars Steffi and Nick Hoppner should satisfy the house quotient. Ryan Elliott will also DJ, with a live set coming from Barker & Baumecker.
The Saturday night party is presented by Kaluki, and will also serve as a release party for Maya Jane Coles' debut album. In addition to the London DJ, Jackathon's Heidi, ubiquitous Bristol-born artist Eats Everything and Crosstown Rebel Subb-an will all provide support. The weekend wraps up on Easter Sunday March 31st with a showcase from Alesso, featuring the young Swedish producer and a handful of other artists who trade in the same mainstream-leaning house sound, such as Ryan Marciano.
Tickets for all four parties are available here on RA.
