Ron Morelli tours Canada and the US

- The L.I.E.S. boss will embark on a short trip across the US and Canada through February and March.
- Ron Morelli has announced a series of US and Canadian dates, taking place through February and March. Morelli is now well-known for founding the NYC-based L.I.E.S. imprint, voted RA's top label of last year on the back of its consistently abstract takes on house and techno. In the wake of the label's success, Morelli has become an in-demand DJ himself, and his recent RA podcast, a melange of techno, house and weirder ambient sounds, showed just how adventurous he is as a selector. He'll hit the road starting on February 22nd, when he plays a Forbidden Planet party in Montreal alongside a clutch of residents and locals. The next evening he heads to Toronto, playing at Black Box alongside promoters Jeremy Sean and Book for an event called Forest of L.I.E.S. He'll return to the US for March 1st to play a secret underground location in Portland, and then on March 8th Morelli will headline U Street Music Hall's Red Fridays in DC, supported by Beautiful Swimmers. Finally, he'll play Chicago's Smart Bar on March 23rd, wrapping up his cross-country jaunt before he heads to Europe at the end of March.
