The Detroit festival, taking place in May, has announced its second wave of acts
Movement has added more names to its 2013 lineup.
Taking place at Detroit's Hart Plaza from May 25th through 27th, promoter Paxahau's initial announcement featured headliners like Richie Hawtin, Carl Craig and Planetary Assault Systems. As ever, the lineup's latest update is made up of a mix of Michigan locals and international artists, encompassing house, techno, dubstep and more.
The latest announcement sees Moodymann and Stacey Pullen representing Movement's home state, while other American veterans like Masters At Work, Daniel Bell and festival staple DJ Godfather have all been confirmed as well. Ben Sims, BPitch Control's Ellen Allien and a live set from Audion will hold down the techno fort, while Steffi, Soul Clap, Matt Tolfrey and T. Williams make up some of the bigger house names. Live sets will come from Nicolas Jaar, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Azari & III, while producers like Gramatik and Downlink have been added to the festival's list of dubstep and bass music DJs.
