  • Exit Records will celebrate its tenth anniversary on April 12th. Started by dBridge back in 2003, Exit has become a reliable outpost for both solid drum & bass dance floor cuts and more experimental material. In addition to hosting artists from the Autonomic movement, producers like FIS and Consequence have also been featured with prominent releases. The label's birthday bash is a star-studded affair, featuring not only founder dBridge and drum & bass royalty Calibre, but also a one-off reunion from Bad Company, the supergroup that once counted DJ Fresh, Maldini, Vegas and dBridge himself as members. Breakage will play a set of classics, while Marcus Intalex will take a break from his techno moniker Trevino to lay down some uptempo music. Radio One DJ Fabio will play a set in the style of his legendary club night Speed, while Doc Scott will do the same for the foundational Blue Note parties. Fierce and Ryme Tyme will go back-to-back on a set of old No U-Turn records, Krust DJ Die will face off with an all Bristol Dubplates set. Newcomers Skeptical and Dub Phizix are also billed back-to-back, as are Jubei and Loxy. Commercial Suicide head Klute has also been tapped to play. MC duties will be handled by SP:MC, DRS, Strategy, Skittles, LX One and Justyce. Tickets for the party are available on RA.
