John Talabot, Dillon and Fritz Kalkbrenner have also been added to the bill for this year's event.
Further lineup details for this year's Berlin festival have been announced.
The event will take place on the weekend of September 6th and 7th at its usual home of Tempelhof, an abandoned airport in south-central Berlin. The shape of the 2013 lineup looks set to follow the path of previous years, with a mix of electronic music and indie fare. Organisers have announced revered shoegaze outfit My Bloody Valentine as headliners, alongside previously announced acts Pet Shop Boys and Blur. On the electronic music side of things, Hivern Discs co-chief John Talabot will play live, with BPitch chief Ellen Allien and Fritz Kalkbrenner both set to DJ. The festival also sees long-standing Parisian outlet Ed Banger Records will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a showcase featuring Justice, Busy P and other label regulars. Expect more names to be added to the lineup in the coming weeks and months.
