The Hessle Audio producer will play North America through April and May.
Pearson Sound will embark on a US tour starting later this month.
Though David Kennedy has played a few US dates in recent times, it's been almost two years since he went on a proper stateside tour. The London producer formerly known as Ramadanman has seen his stock steadily rise since then, with an increasingly hectic international touring schedule. He's been somewhat quiet on the release front lately, though in addition to collaborating with Boddika & Joy Orbison, he released twoEPs last year that revealed a more minimal and grime-influenced sound.
His tour will begin at Output in NYC on April 18th, where he'll co-headline a Hessle Audio night with fellow label founders Ben UFO and Pangaea. The next evening he'll make his only Canadian stop, in Toronto, before crossing the border again and weaving through Boston, Atlanta, Detroit and Chicago. On the 26th he'll perform in Pittsburgh alongside Grenier, followed by stops in Miami and DC. College dates in Oberlin and Stanford University begin the final stretch of the tour, which will wrap up on May 4th in LA for an Iheartcomix party with Bok Bok.
