A new wave of names has been announced for the German festival in July.
The second wave of artists has been confirmed for Melt! Festival 2013, taking place from July 19th through 21st.
The festival takes over Ferropolis, in Gräfenhainichen just a few hours outside of Berlin, every year. The Knife and James Blake are some of the acts already announced. Modeselektor have curated a stage called Melt!Selektor, which will see a performance by their Moderat project with Apparat, while Ellen Allien will hold a Bpitch Control showcase.
The latest group of names added to the lineup encompasses both dance and indie rock. Aerea Negrot will join the Bpitch Control crew, Siriusmo will play Melt!Selektor, and Anja Schneider, Benjamin Damage, Motor City Drum Ensemble and Henning Baer are among the other artists included in the announcement.
