  • Delroy Edwards will launch his own label, L.A. Club Resource, with a solo two-track EP. Edwards has made his name as a regular on L.I.E.S.—he and Ron Morelli worked together at A-1 Records in New York. In 2013 he's been DJing regularly in Europe, touring with Morelli and Steve Summers as part of the L.I.E.S. Non-Stop tour. L.A. Club Resource, which carries the tagline "Est. 2013 South Los Angeles," sees him striking out on his own. The label's first record, LACR001, is due out October 1st—you can listen to clips of the two tracks over at the Rush Hour website. This will be followed by an EP from DJ Harlow, which features three variations on the track "Waxwork." You can hear some of L.A. Club Resource's first releases on Edwards' recent New Forms mix for XLR8R. There's also a brief video teaser for the label, which you can view below:
