Moodymann plays Paris

- Local label Popcorn Records will host the Detroit artist for its last night of 2013.
- Moodymann will spin for Popcorn Records at Paris club Zig Zag on December 14th. Popcorn Records have been throwing parties since 2011. Lineup-wise, this year has been their best yet, with headline sets from Levon Vincent, Portable and Omar-S all going down over the past few months. Though most of this year's events have gone down at Showcase, the label will be capping off 2013 with a night at the recently-opened Zig Zag, a Funktion-One-equipped club founded by two former Showcase art directors. It's all due to kick off at 11:30 PM, with sets from Parisian house veteran Le Loup and label founders Siler & Dima also confirmed.
