The two DJs will play Chicago, Miami and Brooklyn in support of Harris' upcoming LP Minutes Of Sleep and pre-LP single You Can Always Leave.
DJ Sprinkles and Francis Harris have three gigs together in the US coming up.
The tour dates will be in support of Scissor & Thread boss Harris's upcoming album Minutes Of Sleep, along with the lead single You Can Always Leave (that's the single's artwork at right), both of which will feature appearances from Sprinkles. It'll also be a fairly rare opportunity to see the latter DJ, AKA Terre Thaemlitz, a US native now based in Japan, in action in the US.
First up is Chicago this Friday for a night at Smart Bar hosted with Little White Earbuds—the website's editor in chief Steve Mizek will take care of local support. Next Friday, Harris and Sprinkles will touch down in Miami for an off-Art Basel party at Electric Pickle, and then that Saturday they'll play the main room at Output in Brooklyn, where Dial and Orphanear man Pawel is also confirmed.
Head to LWE for a recent interview with Thaemlitz, and tune in to his twelve-minute remix from the You Can Always Leave single over at the Scissor & Thread SoundCloud page.
Tickets to all three events—Smart Bar in Chicago, Electric Pickle in Miami, and Output in Brooklyn—are available on RA.
