- Jason Hogans' next album will come out on UK label Third Ear early next year.
Third Ear will release a new album from :Brownstudy in February 2014.
:Brownstudy is Jason Hogans, a multi-instrumentalist and singer who released an EP under his birth name called Peter And The Rooster on Carl Craig's Planet E back in 1998. He followed that with a debut album for Guy McCreery's Third Ear label, Tell Me More About Bubbles, in 2005. Hogans will return to Third Ear for his next LP, Life Well Lived, with 11 tracks that further showcase his lush, vocal-led style that incorporates elements of jazz, hip-hop and experimental electronica.
