Adelaide Festival have announced a number of new acts for their 2014 lineup.
Having already revealed the return of Unsound Adelaide to the festival which includes artists like Cut Hands, Haxan Cloak and Tony Allen, the full programme for Lola's Pergola, an outdoor venue which will be used numerous times throughout the 17-day event, has now been disclosed. February 28th, the first night of the festival, will see UK veteran DJ Harvey jumping behind the decks to kick things off more than three years after his last, debut visit.
Kiwi house and disco producer Frank Booker will be playing on March 6th alongside Melbourne's Inkswel, while the 7th marks the return of Awesome Tapes From Africa, who will be joined by ex-Avalanches member Dexter, and New Yorker Joe Claussell will be bringing the soul on March 8th with Adelaide luminary Late Nite Tuff Guy. While he will be performing with his trio as part of Unsound, Moritz von Oswald will also be going solo at Lola's on March 9th on a bill with NZ's Recloose.
