  • The seventh edition of Outlook Festival will take place from September 3rd through 7th 2014. The five-day event will return to its home at Fort Punta Christo in Pula, Croatia. The first 100 acts have been unveiled, and the breadth of this year's headline acts showcases the festival's scope, spanning house, garage, drum & bass, hip-hop, dancehall and dub. Busta Rhymes will add a sense of hip-hop prestige, while Barrington Levy, DJ Premier, Goldie, Andy C, David Rodigan, DJ Marky and Digital Mystikz have also been confirmed. The likes of D-Bridge and The Bug will be on hand to maintain the festival's reputation for punishing bass frequencies, while Moodymann and Andrés will fly the Detroit flag. There will be a strong Eglo Records presence—Floating Points, Fatima, FunkinEven, Alexander Nut and the Eglo Band will all perform—while other highlights include Special Request, Andrew Ashong, Source Direct, Grooverider, MJ Cole and Loefah. A further 200 artists will be added to the bill over the coming months. To get into the mood, Outlook have prepared a teaser video for 2014 running through the music of some of the confirmed acts:
