- The Parisian label will put out a triple-vinyl LP of obscure house nuggets next month.
My Love Is Underground will release its first label compilation on March 8th.
The Parisian label champions '90s house, putting out a mix of reissues and new records from producers who tap into the classic spirit. The triple-vinyl My Love Is Underground compilation will be officially released through fellow French label Favorite Recordings. It contains 12 tracks selected by label boss Jeremy Underground Paris, who says the focus is on "rare, forgotten or unknown" older material.
Most of the names will be unfamiliar to everyone but the most eagle-eyed house heads, though there is a 1993 cut from DJ Nature's one-time alias Natureboy. The compilation will land in Parisian shop Betinos Record Shop on March 8th, with the worldwide release date following on March 17th. The release party will take place at Mona (La Java) in Paris on March 8th. You can listen to clips of all 12 tracks over at the Favorite Recordings website.
