- The Brussels artist will drop his debut album through Dark Entries in April.
Cute Heels will release his first full-length in April.
That's the solo project of Colombian-born, Brussels-based Victor Lenis, who came up in the punk scene of his hometown. He's been a prolific artist for over a decade now, and runs the Romance Moderne and Black Leather Records labels, but it's making synth pop-influenced music under the name Cute Heels that he's received the most attention. After years of singles and EPs, Dark Entries will release his debut album, which stretches out over eight tracks "inspired by equal parts Liaisons Dangeureuses and Drexciya," according to the press release, also claiming influence from Chicago house and new wave music.
