- CO.LD, featuring tracks from Batu, Acre and Elmono, will land in April.
Pinch has revealed the details of a new compilation on his Cold Recordings imprint, due out on April 11th.
The Bristol bass music OG started the label last year as an outlet for music not necessarily informed by dubstep (like on his Tectonic imprint), with four releases coming from newcomers Batu, Acre, Ipman and Elmono. So far Cold has been vinyl only, and the collection—simply called CO.LD—will mark its first digital release. According to FACT, it'll round up all those EPs (including an alternate version of the first, Elmono's "Baton Rouge") plus some new material from label regulars and two exclusive Pinch tracks. Check out Ipman's recent Cold Mix below to get an idea of the imprint's style.
