  • Nail will start a new label called 89:GHOST. The UK house producer, real name Neil Tolliday, was responsible for a string of highly-regarded deep house records in the '90s before cutting back his musical endeavours. He had a resurgence in 2013 after Zip included his track "Til the Feeling's Gone" in fabric 67 and Fear Of Flying released Ode Rammel, a well-received collection of four tracks from Nail's heyday. Tolliday says 89:GHOST will "release music for people to dance to in sweaty, dark rooms, hopefully with a banging system." According the the label's Facebook page, the first three records are ready to go. It'll kick off with V-ISSUES Vol. 1, an EP of material from Tolliday's former label Velocet, featuring cuts from four of the producer's aliases: DJ Peech, Themis, Jack Lagoon and Lucky Lime. That will be followed by an EP of unreleased Nail tracks, and then a 12-inch by The NG9 Project, AKA Tolliday and Cass Roc, which was recorded in 1996. Each release will come on clear vinyl limited to 300 copies. Tracklist 01. DJ Peech - Visions 02. Jack Lagoon - Lookin At U 03. Lucky Lime - Lucky Lime 04. Themis - Crast 89:GHOST will release V-ISSUES Vol. 1 in April 2014.
