- The Detroit deep house producer's debut full-length arrives later this year, with a sampler set to land in shops this month.
Patrice Scott's first album, Euphonium arrives on his own label, Sistrum Recordings, later this year.
The Detroit deep house producer has been at it since 2006, with nearly all of his EPs coming through Sistrum. (His remixes have been spread a bit wider, landing on a clutch of deep-leaning labels like Underground Quality and Tsuba.) Beyond the title, hardly any information is available on the release. An album teaser, The Euphonium EP, provides a little information though. Each of the three tracks is untitled, and from the sound of it, it'll mine the same sort of hypnotic, pad-heavy house he's made famous on Sistrum (that said, the B2 is described as an ambient cut). The EP, which will be Scott's first this year, is set to be released imminently; the album is due to drop sometime in late 2014.
