- Derrick May, Kenny Larkin and Mark Ernestus will all join the Planet E boss in the Spanish city next month.
- Carl Craig will bring his Somewhere In... party series to Barcelona on Sunday, June 15th. Started on the Balearic island of Formentera in 2013, Craig has so far taken his Detroit-inspired events to New York and Miami, with a gig in Ibiza still to come in June. Later that same week, the Planet E boss will make the short journey to Barcelona, inviting the likes of Derrick May and Kenny Larkin to join him behind the decks at Bloc. Detroit brothers Octave One will perform live, as will dub techno duo Mark Ernestus & Tikiman. The party will run from 11 PM through 6 AM. Somewhere In...BCN will wrap up a busy week of events for Bloc and artist agency No Sleep Bookings. On Wednesday, June 11th, Âme join Sebo K and Anja Schneider at a Mobilee showcase, before Steve Lawler and Steve Bug headline VIVa Warriors on Thursday. Chris Liebing's CLR crew will man the Saturday, with Paul Ritch, Radio Slave and Tommy Four Seven all partaking in the techno rout. Friday's event is still TBA.
