- Juno Jam will be the Swedish duo's first EP since 2012.
Genius Of Time have an EP in the works for Running Back.
Swedes Alexander Berg and Nils Krough made a mark with their debut Same Old Place back in 2010. That EP also doubled as the launch of Aniara, a strong Swedish label that we would profile two years later, and with which the duo's luscious, synth-soaked deep house sound became synonymous.
Berg and Krough haven't put out a record as Genius Of Time since 2012's Tuffa Trummor, though Berg recently put out an EP as Dorisburg. Now they've resurfaced with their first EP on Gerd Janson's renowned imprint, Running Back. You might recognize A1 cut "Juno Jam" from John Talabot's 2013 DJ-Kicks mix, and if you do, you'll know that it's a bubbly synth workout that takes a slightly more assertive tack than usual for the duo.
