Fourth World will host an 18-hour 4th of July party

- Lost Soul Enterprises and The Long Count will host an eighteen-hour 4th of July party at an undisclosed location near Bushwick. Drawing on the momentum of Brooklyn’s offbeat house and techno scene, catalyzed by labels like Fifth Wall, White Material and L.I.E.S., Fourth World provides a snapshot of underground dance music in New York City. The intimate music festival is a “celebration of local independents,” with an emphasis on experimental house and techno artists from the Brooklyn underground. The line-up includes Bunker NY resident Mike Servito, Fifth Wall's Hound Scales, Bobby Bowser of 100% Silk, as well as Volvox and Max McFerren, both longtime residents of the infamous Bossa Nova Civic Club. Opal Tapes’ Patricia will play a live set.
