The free two-day event in early August has a lineup stacked with Motor City talent.
Charivari Detroit will take place on the weekend of August 2nd and 3rd.
This two-day bash will be hosted by the longtime local Charivari crew, who first started throwing events in the early '80s. It looks to run from 10 AM to 10 PM each day at Milliken State Park and Harbor, on the Detroit River, with a lengthy lineup boasting many of the city's top DJs. That includes veterans such as Delano Smith, Moodymann, Norm Talley, Terrence Parker, Stacey "Hotwaxx" Hale, Pirahnahead and Rick Wilhite, along with Kyle Hall and some other (relatively) newer names like Golf Clap and Ataxia. On top of that, the entire weekend is free admission.
