- The first lineup announcement has dropped for Subsonic Music Festival 2014. It'll be the sixth year that the three-day camping event takes over Riverwood Downs Mountain Valley Resort at Barrington Tops, a few hours north of Sydney. From December 5th through 7th, attendees will be treated to a variety of house, techno, bass, psytrance and dub, with Border Community man James Holden heading things up in live mode. Detroit stalwart Mike Huckaby, BPitch Control boss Ellen Allien, Subsonic regular Alexkid and Swiss DJ Eli Verveine will all be taking to the decks, while DFA trio Factory Floor will be performing on stage for the first time in Australia. The announcement rounds off with French veteran Pepperpot and Addison Groove from the 50 Weapons camp.
