- The boutique dance music site has started its own label, with the first 12-inch shipping this month.
Test Pressing has started its own record label, Test Pressing Editions, with the first release landing on September 19th.
Founded in 2008 by Apiento, Test Pressing presents a range of mixes, Q&As and reviews covering the spectrum of disco, house, Balearica and experimental music. The label will start with a 12-inch from Nautic, a band comprising Bullion, Tic and Laura Groves. In addition to a cover of Womack & Womack's 1988 cut "MPB (Missing Persons Bureau)," the 12-inch also features remixes from Bullion and Open Space (AKA Andrew Hale and Apiento).
