Teengirl Fantasy will inaugurate a new label with the Thermal EP on November 18th.
It's their first release since last year's Nun, which saw the American duo return to the exploratory instrumental styles of their early work after the uneven reception of their vocal-heavy 2012 album Tracer. Thermal looks to split the difference between the two approaches, comprising two instrumentals "that showcase the duo's sensual and intuitive way with texture," according to the press release, and two tracks that feature vocalists—one with New York's Lafawndah and another with Korean R&B singer Hoody. The EP will also launch new label Break World Records. You can stream "Lung" below.
