- The French producer's new project (and second album of 2014) takes a page from grindcore.
Mondkopf will release his first LP under the Extreme Precautions alias on November 10th.
French artist Paul Régimbeau is already known for his harsh and shredding brand of techno (as proven by this year's Mondkopf album Hadés), but Extreme Precautions looks like it'll kick it up a notch. According to FACT, the new project is the result of Régimbeau growing tired with techno, and finding inspiration instead in seminal grindcore bands like Napalm Death, Brutal Truth and Pig Destroyer. The plainly-titled I features 11 untitled tracks, and you can stream the third one below. I will see release on Régimbeau's already metal-styled In Paradisum label.
