- The UK pair will release their debut EP through R&S in November.
Appleblim and Second Storey have unveiled a new collaborative project called ALSO.
The Bristol-based pair have been close musical allies for some time now, releasing an EP on Aus Music as Appleblim & Al Tourettes, as well as remixes for Glasstable, Ostgut Ton and Phonica. Their new project will debut on R&S Records in November, with three-tracker EP01 further exploring their shared love for fractured rhythms, heavy sub-bass and irregular melodies. "There's so many people making sonically 'correct' or refined 4x4 music," says Laurie Osborne, AKA Appleblim. "We just wanted to explore everything other than that, whilst still keeping the dance floor moving."
