- The Vancouver artist's sleeper hit Much Less Normal, originally released by 1080p, is getting a vinyl press early next year.
Lnrdcroy's Much Less Normal will be re-released through Firecracker on January 15th.
The album was originally released as a cassette on Vancouver's 1080p, and has since become one of that label's most renowned releases. (One of its tracks, "Sunrise Market," also appeared on the inaugural EP from new label Pacific Rhythm.) Noted for its ambient and highly melodic tendencies, Much Less Normal was largely inspired by Leon Campbell's life growing up in British Columbia, from its vast natural beauty to its more gritty urban areas. The repress on Firecracker will mark the first time Much Less Normal has been released on vinyl, and it comes with an extra track, "Kendal In Kalusia." Check out clips from the LP below.
