- Andy Carthy will play in the country for the first time in six years.
Mr Scruff is billed for four Australian shows in February next year.
The celebrated UK selector last came to the country back in January 2009, and this tour announcement comes in the same year as Andy Carthy's most recent LP, Friendly Bacteria. Packing enough into the record bag for a few five-hour sets, he'll be starting his visit in Melbourne on February 6th with a show at 170 Russell, followed by a Sydney gig on the 7th at The Metro Theatre. On the 13th he plays at the Royal Croquet Club in Adelaide, before wrapping things up at Perth Festival on the 14th.
