The Godson will play five free shows in the coming weeks.
Rick Wilhite will head to Australia this month to play five gigs.
Wilhite, who this year released the second volume in his Vibes New & Rare Music compilation series, will be the last of RBMA Australia's series of free-show tours for 2014—previous acts include Jay Daniel, Andrés and Lone. He'll start off playing at Sydney's Goodgod Small Club on December 12th with Magda Bytnerowicz and Parkside. The following night he heads to Woolly Mammoth in Brisbane, where he'll spin alongside Jimmy Ellis, Simon Bird and Rikki Newton. A show at Sugar in Adelaide on the 18th will be accompanied by locals Sanji, 12'' Phildo and Lenin, before Wilhite jets to Geisha in Perth on the 19th for a gig with support from James A, Ben M and Ben Taaffe. His last show is at Melbourne's Boney on December 20th with J'Nett, Grantham and Baker St.
