NYE 2014 clubbing guide: Sydney

- There's plenty of dancing to do this New Year's in the harbour city.
- As another packed year comes to a close, Sydney will be in party mode to celebrate the coming of 2015. A variety of clubbing options and locations are on offer for NYE: Mad Racket will be taking over the Marrickville Bowling Club with Session Victim, Pelvis and Noise In My Head join forces at The Imperial Hotel and FACT are back at the MCA rooftop with Crazy P. For those looking to get out of town for a few days, Lost Paradise will be running at Glenworth Valley from December 30th for its first year, while Falls Festival is back at the North Byron Parklands from the 31st. As always, the very early hours of 2015 will be celebrated on board Spice Afloat in Sydney Harbour, this time with Space Dimension Controller. Later in the day there are some larger shows going on like Field Day at the Domain with Todd Terje and Jamie xx, or Space Ibiza's 25th anniversary show at The Greenwood Hotel with Derrick Carter and Alfredo. More intimate gigs include the Soul Of Sydney crew's Funk Throwdown Special and a couple of beachside happenings—John Morales is playing at the Bondi Golf & Diggers Club and Icebergs have plenty of locals spinning.
